Cherries
Bing
A popular, commonly available sweet variety. They are large and heart-shaped with dark red skin and firm ruby-red flesh. The flavour is sweet and slightly rich.
Chelan
This dark red, sweet cherry is medium-to-large in size, firm and round. Like Bing cherries, they are deeply colored, very sweet, and often known as black cherries.
Kordia
The Kordia cherry is a new, sweet eating variety from the Czech Republic. It has glossy, dark fruit with firm flesh and has a delightfully sweet flavour.

Clementine

Crimson Seedless
Light red, oval-shaped grape with a thick skin, firm crisp flesh and a sweet neutral juicy flavour.
Calmeria
The berries are pale green in colour and oval in shape with a few small seeds and a relatively thick skin. They have a mild, sweet and tangy flavour.
Ralli
These berries are crisp and firm with a thick, slightly tough skin and firm, crisp flesh with a neutral flavour.

Lemons
Eureka
The fruit is bright yellow with rougher skin. The lemons have high juice content and taste sharply acidic.
Lisbon
